It was very easy to place my order via the web site. The flowers were for my sister, who was having surgery at Barnes. Turned out, she was discharged early, before the flowers could be delivered. Always in Bloom immediately refunded my charge. Both of the people I spoke with at AiB were very helpful and cheerful. I'd hate to be a competitor of such a well-run business.
